Looking back over the past year, we have achieved so much and met some amazing people. From Scouts, Air Cadets, Youth Clubs and Corporate Groups right through to tutors and hundreds of students studying at school, colleges and universities.
We’ve hosted film location shoots, been extras in music videos with The Reytons and had VIP visitors such as Emmerdale’s @bradjakejohnson, XFactor’s Holly Tandy and Heart’s Dixie - dixieonline.
This year we even gained a TripAdvisor travellers choice award and are now listed as Number 1 in the category of fun things to do in Barnsley.
We launched our new Engineering Centre of Excellence and added more activities to our already jam packed Aviation Experience Days too.
Our Academies have increased in popularity and we welcomed 3 more groups of cadets and will be starting a further 3 groups soon.
We held our fun Easter and Summer Camps for young people and even visited schools for careers talks and attended jobs fairs.
Our B737 flight simulator has been used by so many people from complete beginners to professional pilots preparing for assessments and interviews.
It’s been a successful year and FlyMe has really soared to new heights. We would like to thank everyone for your support and we will continue to inspire others and share our passion for aviation.
